OLD ROOKIE RULES FOR 2003 Contest

• You need to be a Robin Member

• You have NEVER Introduced or CO- Introduced a Daylily. Pre-registration doesn't count against you !

• You will be Introducing for `03 Spring or Fall. 

• A $ 10.00 Contestant fee is sent Prior to Sept. 15th.  If the fee is not received your entry will be ELIMINATED and removed from the Web Page.  Rookie contest is STRICTLY NON-PROFIT !!!

• Send photo, daylily information and contest fee to ANDY ( SKNZFAN ) FOX sknzfan@twave.net.  It will then be posted on the Rookie Of The Year web page and Voted on by ALL Robin Members in October.......Deadline for Entries is Sept. 15th 

• Daylily information needed: scape height, flower size, bud count, TET or DIP, dormant, etc.

• Only Robin Members can Vote !  One vote per member.

• The contest closes Sept. 15.  The Voting will begin Oct. 1st
